What counts as a tracked event?

Each click and each scroll depth record counts as one event. A single page visit typically generates one click event per user interaction and up to four scroll depth records (at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%).

What happens when I reach the event limit?

When you reach 100,000 events in a billing month, new clicks and scroll data will stop being recorded until the counter resets on the first of the next month. Your existing data and heatmaps remain fully accessible.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
